Coloring 10x10 Grid

Consider a $10 \times 10$ grid of unit squares. Color some of the cells black so that for every black cell, the total number of black cells lying in the same row or the same column as that cell (including the cell itself) does not exceed $10$. Find the maximum number of black cells that can be colored.
