Let $S$ be the set of all real numbers $x$ satisfying
$$\sqrt{(x-3)(x+5)} + \sqrt{x-3} + \sqrt{x+5} = \frac{10-x}{2} + \sqrt{x+12}.$$
Find the sum of all elements of $S$.
