Probability the Median Lies in an Interval

Combinatorics · Math Count PH 2025 1500
Three real numbers are chosen at random from the uniformly distributed real numbers in the interval $ [0, 10] $. What is the probability that the median of those three numbers lies in the interval $ [3, 5] $? The answer is in the form $\frac{\alpha}{\beta}$ where $\alpha$ and $\beta$ are coprime positive integers. Input the value of $\alpha + \beta$.
