Suppose $\frac{\alpha}{\beta} = 0.abcdefg\cdots$ where the right-hand side is the decimal representation of the given fraction. If $$abcd.efg\cdots = 16\left(\frac{\beta}{\alpha}\right)$$what is the value of $\frac{100\alpha}{\beta}$?
