Let $\triangle ABC$ be a triangle with $\angle BAC = 30°$, $\angle ABC = 70°$, and $\angle ACB = 80°$. Let point $I$ be the incenter of $\triangle ABC$ and $L$ be the circumcenter of $\triangle BIC$. Find the measure, in degrees, of $\angle LBC + \angle LCB$.
