Three Mislabeled Boxes

Three boxes are labeled "Apples", "Oranges", and "Apples & Oranges", but every label is wrong. You may draw exactly one fruit from exactly one box, without looking inside, to correctly relabel all three boxes. After drawing and reasoning it through, how many of the three boxes can you now label with total certainty?
