Three Siblings' Ages

Logic 1335
The product of a child's three siblings' ages is $36$, and the sum of their ages equals the number of windows in the house. Told this, the child (who knows the window count) still cannot determine the ages. Told further that there is a single oldest sibling (no tie for oldest), the child can now determine the ages. Find the sum of the three ages.
